Account Deletion: Digital Passport – RTM
If you wish to delete your account and all associated data from the Digital Passport – RTM app, you can request it directly from within the app.
How to Delete Your Account
- Open the **Digital Passport – RTM** app.
- Go to **Settings** → **Delete Account**.
- Confirm your request. Your account will be marked for deletion and permanently removed within **90 days**.
What Happens When You Delete Your Account
- Your **email address, verification records, and any associated data** will be deleted from our servers within **90 days** of your request.
- During this period, your data will remain **inaccessible** to any other users.
- Once deleted, this action **cannot be undone**.
- No personal data is stored or shared with third parties after deletion.
